In her search for different gastronomic experiences, Laura has found a place that has it all: flavour, spectacle and a nod to pop culture. BUSAN Go!, a Korean barbecue restaurant located in the heart of Madrid, has not only become a viral phenomenon, but has also conquered her palate.
The restaurant, themed around The Squid Game, offers a unique experience where diners can cook their own selection of meats in true Korean style. But it’s not all about the grill.
During her visit, Laura tried a variety of prepared dishes that elevate the experience: fried mandu meat, fried rice with kimchi and bacon (warning: it’s spicy), juicy Korean wings, sweet potato noodles with beef, and the famous beef pack, which includes cuts like sirloin, bulgogi, and skirt steak.

For those with a sweet tooth, the final surprise was the Korean churros filled with pumpkin cream and cinnamon with chocolate, a sweet ending to a spectacular dinner.
